Sinead's engagement ring
Ash got in touch with the Petra Team to design an engagement ring for his partner, Sinead.
He knew he wanted a solitaire ring set with an oval diamond, so Rosie got some beautiful oval diamonds in from our diamond supplier for Ash to come in and see.
Rosie drew out a design based on what Ash knew he wanted and narrowed down some details by looking through samples and designs.
Ash then got to do the most important part…pick the diamond. We talked through the 4C’S and what makes each of the stones unique and Ash eventually picked his favourite.
Ash also had some sentimental family gold that he wanted to melt down to create the ring which made it all the more special.
After we had finalised the design and picked the stone, Rosie was able to get a CAD drawn of the ring…
And then it was a case of having it made.
The final piece was gorgeous, something really timeless and dazzling.
Ash collected the ring and was absolutely thrilled, he had a date set to propose to Sinead in New York and when he eventually popped the question, he sent us these incredible pictures…
