Emellia and Nick's emerald and diamond eternity ring
Emellia had seen a post made by one of our lovely customer’s in the Sandhurst Sisterhood Facebook page about a very special piece of jewellery the Petra Team had made for her.
Her husband, Nick, then reached out to the team to pass along her (rather unsubtle!) hints of what she liked for an overdue eternity ring.
Nick sent us a very creative screenshot of a ring that Em had seen on our website that she liked the idea of adding emeralds in to. She chose emeralds as a nod to May, the month they were married and she liked the marquise shaped stones as they complement her lovely solitaire engagement ring.
The idea was to have three marquise shaped diamonds in between the emeralds, one to represent each of their children.
Our designer, Rosie, drew out some designs until we landed on the perfect one, set with 3 marquise diamonds and four round emeralds.
Emellia popped in to try on some samples and so that we could get her finger size but all of the designs were finalised through email, so we decided to get a CAD made, which is essentially a 3D render of the ring that Nick and Emellia were able to see and approve.
Once the ring had been made, we let them know and arranged a collection…
Em was thrilled!
