Petra provide a fantastic service. I recently got my bespoke engagment ring from them. From start to finish Mitch was very helpful and worked with our ideas to come up with a design we both loved. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product (which Mitch made sure was ready just in time for Christmas)! It couldn't be better and we'll be back very soon for the wedding rings!

THANK YOU so so much for such a beautiful ring. I showed Neil on Sunday and he was beside himself, he actually welled up with tears at the sight of it. I am sooo in love with it and everyone comments on it. It is so wonderful to be wearing it and I find myself staring at it watching the light sparkle.

Hello Mitch, I just wanted to send you an email to say thank you very much. I am never quite sure how to act in these sorts of situations because buying jewellery is quite alien to me, but I am extremely appreciative of everything you have done to make my proposal as close to perfect as possible. You recently remade a new engagement ring for me from my old one combined with my eternity ring. I am just writing to say how very pleased and amazed I was with the ring I picked up a couple of weeks ago! It is absolutely beautiful and far exceeded my expectations.
Your advice on how to make it was excellent and I could not have wished for a better design, it is fantastic.
